Unwind and recharge after an active winter day in Åre. Whether you've spent the day skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air, this 75-minute yoga class will help you release tension, improve mobility, and deeply relax. We’ll start with a gentle flow to ease stiffness in the body, followed by longer-held stretches to support recovery and prevent soreness. The class ends with breathing exercise and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of your weekend. During the class, my friendly Australian Shepherd puppy, Sunny, will also be there to add some extra warmth and joy to the space. He will do his best to stay calm. After our practice, you’re welcome to stay for a cup of soothing tea, giving you a moment to fully unwind before heading into the evening. ❄️ Perfect for all levels – no prior yoga experience needed ❄️ Props provided, just bring comfortable clothing
