Before joining a virtual breathwork session, please keep the following in mind: Always practice in a safe environment, either lying down or sitting comfortably. Choose a calm space where you won’t be disturbed (e.g., bed, sofa, or floor). Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. A blanket and eye mask are also recommended.
