Did you not get enough of all the parkyoga this summer? Me neither. A part of me didn't get enough and a part of me doesn't want to realise that the summer is nearly over. Nature is my absolute favourite place to do yoga, to breathe in the natural air and feel the grass and dirt underneath my feet. Its naturally grounding to just be outside and it gives me a sense of peace just being in nature. So lets take advantage of all the good things that comes with practicing right underneath the sky and join me; Every Wednesday starting on the 31th of august and until the end of September with the exception of the 14th. At 6pm. (see all dates in the event) Bring your own mat to practice on, a waterbottle and a blanket or jumper for relaxation. Let me know if you don't have a mat and I'm sure we can work it out. This is a donation based class. Come as you are and only pay what you can and feel it is worth. No donation to small <3 It will be a Hatha based flow where we will focuse our attention on our breath to guide us deeper into the poses and our moving meditation. The class is suitable for all levels, with options both to calm things down and spice it up. Any changes in times, dates and location will be posted here in the event.
