Therapeutic Movement & Breath Welcome to a class designed to support self-regulation through intentional movement and breath. Together, we explore practices that improve heart-rate variability while strengthening, lengthening, and opening the body. Our sessions focus on building sustainable strength and mobility, with special attention to the knees and hips - areas where balanced strength and spaciousness make a profound difference. Each week highlights a different part of the body as we work to stabilize, release, and expand through mindful movement. Breathwork is integrated throughout to calm the nervous system, deepen awareness, and support resilience. Every class includes a guided movement and breath practice, followed by a 15-minute sharing circle that offers space for co-regulation and connection. Each week’s sharing circle around a specific theme. We begin each session with a short introduction to foundational principles of well-being self and co-regulation wellness to support your growth over time.
