Expressive Dance
4

Expressive Dance is a weekly, ongoing movement practice inviting embodied exploration, freedom, play and full expression. Each session is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body — through movement, music, curiosity and play. We explore sensation, emotion, impulse, stillness, connection, and expression - allowing the dance to become a living dialogue with what’s alive inside you. This is not about performing or dancing “correctly.” It’s about listening, experimenting, and letting your unique movement language grow organically — from subtle to wild, from soft to powerful. You can expect a blend of: – guided somatic explorations – free movement and intuitive dance – moments of playfulness and lightness – space for depth, feeling, and release – optional relational and contact-based elements – music as a supportive and expressive force – a practice that supports physical freedom, mobility, and ease in the body You are invited to meet yourself as you are — and let the body lead the way. Expressive Dance is open to both new and returning participants, and can be joined as a drop-in or as a regular weekly practice that deepens over time. 🌀 PRACTICALS 🗓 Every Wednesday 🕢 19:30–21:00 📍 Krønsj, Torggata 34, 0183 Oslo Enter through the gate and continue into the small backyard to find the studio. 💸 PRICE – 250 NOK drop-in – 2200 NOK for 11 sessions ✨ BEFORE THE SESSION – Wear comfortable clothing – Bring a water bottle – Arrive 10–15 minutes early to land and settle 🌸 ABOUT THE FACILITATORS Miwa Line Løtveit Miwa is an intuitive artist and trauma-informed somatic facilitator, integrating breathwork, contact dance, and de-armouring into her practice.
