The foundation class provides both calmness and energy: Here, you get to experience the effects that breathwork can offer in a manageable format: We alter circular connective breathing with breatholds. Before joining a virtual breathwork class, we recommend the following points: - Always breathe in a safe environment, meaning laying or sitting down. - Find a safe, calm space where you preferably won't be disturbed (e.g: bed, sofa, floor). - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. We recommend a blanket and eye mask. - Download the Zoom App software (this is the platform all virtual classes run through). - Click on the link or add the zoom id manually and set up your camera and microphone - Arrive on time to each class. Logging in late may mean your guide will not let you in. If you have any health conditions, such as epilepsy, panic attacks, heart conditions or if you’re pregnant, reach out to the breath guide and/or consult your doctor before the class.
