This 4-week morning yoga course is designed to help you gently awaken your body and mind, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate inner calm that you can carry with you throughout the day. If the weather allows, we will be outdoors under the sunny sky ☀️ The classes will combine mindful movement, energizing flows and grounding breathwork. Open to all levels – whether you're an early bird or new to morning yoga, you're warmly welcome. Let your mornings become a space to connect with yourself and set the tone for a more balanced day.
