I’m creating a movement of women & non binary who are committed to break the cycle of generational trauma! This is the foundational course for those who haven’t attended any of my courses before, covering essential skills and introducing techniques, deeper meanings, and tools from Theraputic art, yoga, and embodiment practices. The tools you’ll learn here are ones you can return to time and again, carrying them with you in your heart ❤️ Over this evening course, we’ll gather in Alkemisten’s cozy space, turning inward through meditation, opening up your inner voice with tools from yoga, embodiment practices, and organic movement, and especially expressing yourself freely through therapeutic painting. This course is for everyone—whether you’re new to painting or have been creating for years, you are welcome. Here, you’ll unlock the fearless painter within you, focusing on the pure joy of creating. We’ll work together to release the limitations that often hold us back in our creative process, opening the door to deeper self-love and acceptance. Together, we’ll reconnect with our inner child’s sense of playfulness, inviting organic movement and painting as pathways to healing and joy. You’ll see art and creativity from a fresh, limitless perspective, allowing your body to express itself in a safe and authentic space.
