These sessions, both in group and 1:1, have been absolutely life changing for me!! I even find it hard to put words to the magnitude of it. I have tried so many things, but what Lina creates here is completely genius!! Now I also have started to combine this work with using the app - and just wow! It truly helps me having exercises and guidances right in my pocket, in everyday life.  So, from the bottom of my heart - thank you for all that you are creating, Lina!! ❤️
