Hi, I’m Camilla, certified yoga teacher in Medical Yoga and HormonyYoga, and a women’s health coach passionate about hormones, nervous system regulation, and wellbeing. My own journey with histamine intolerance, blood sugar crashes, and hormone shifts showed me how deeply connected our nervous system, endocrine system, and energy truly are. It also taught me that real change happens through gentle, consistent support, not quick fixes. I offer practices designed to calm the nervous system and support hormonal balance. Through HormonyYoga - Medical Yoga for women, and soon LymphYoga and VagusYoga, I guide you through soft, effective sessions that combine breathwork, movement, focus techniques, and meditation to help you feel calmer, steadier, and more like yourself again. I also offer my 4-week Regulate • Restore • Rebalance reset, a structured, supportive program to calm stress, support hormones, and rebuild energy from the inside out. This is a space for women who want strength without stress, structure without overwhelm, and a gentle path back to balance.
