This is not a fast or demanding practice. No experience is needed. Movements are soft, flowing, and deeply regulating. We work with: – Nervous system regulation – Deep, balancing breathwork – Gentle movement – Eye movements & focus techniques – Meditation Even 10 minutes a day can support balance, stability, and wellbeing over time.
