I’m a certified 200HR Ashtanga Yoga teacher with a deep love for nature, movement, and creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through breath and mindful presence. ✨😌 Alongside Ashtanga, I draw inspiration from restorative and yin yoga, offering classes that are adapted to the unique needs of each person or group. My teaching focuses on calming the nervous system and using the breath as an anchor – gently, slowly, and with care. I believe yoga doesn’t have to be complex – it just needs to be real, grounding, and supportive. I began teaching yoga in Skopje, where I built my foundation and gained experience guiding both group and private sessions. That passion naturally followed me and continues to grow here in Sweden. I’ve worked with people recovering from surgeries, with chronic back pain, spinal conditions, and athletes seeking breathwork techniques to improve performance. I’ve also supported individuals dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, helping them find regulation and stability through simple, consistent practices. Volunteering is close to my heart, and I see it as part of my yoga journey – as karma yoga, a way to give back and stay connected to community and purpose. 🤍🪷
