**You'll recieve a link to the program with the reciept e-mail (check the spam folder) otherwise contact me and I'll send it to you** This is the program for you who wants to develop the flexibility in your hips and legs and work towards the Pancake position The program is divided into 3 phases with 2 sessions per phase, which will take approximately 30 min each You are recommend to perform 2 sessions per week With all the drills comes instructional videos and you are always welcome to contact me for feedback and questions
