Our Glowers in Training trial class is your chance to experience Flow & Glow Dance led by one of our newest Glowers, who are still in training. You’ll get all the energy, empowerment, and fun you love from Flow & Glow, with the added joy of supporting a future leader on their journey. 🌟 This class is all about movement, connection, and growth. You’ll dance, sweat, and feel the music while helping a new Glower gain the confidence to lead their own classes in the future. Our free trial classes are a special opportunity for new Flowers to experience the magic for the very first time. If you have attended our courses previously, we’d still love to see you, but a fee of 150 SEK will apply. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and share the Flow & Glow magic with new faces. We can’t wait to dance with you! 💃
