This event will be led by Mitra, a certified yoga instructor in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. She will guide you through different styles of yoga and talk about the power of mind and its connection to the body. You will explore ways of gaining and maintaining control over your mind through pranayama and yoga asanas, start learning to understand your body and mind, and discover which style of yoga to practice based on your state of mind. Our Essential Oils expert, Agota will guide you through the basics of aromatherapy and how the healing properties of essential oils create a soothing and uplifting atmosphere. In this event, we will use a variety of essential oils to complement the practice, and you will have the opportunity to experience their effects on the mind and body. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing; We will provide the essential oils, yoga mat and other props necessary for the practice.
