Last year, 70 people danced in Hagaparken with headphones on and didn't want to go home. We're doing it again. Flow & Glow PoV is a high-energy dance class with one twist: everyone wears wireless headphones. The music plays only in your ears while you move together with a crowd of people doing exactly the same thing. It sounds strange. It feels incredible.
