Alchemy:Rewire — AWARÉ pre-party

AWARÉ is coming back to Oslo on January 17th, and we will gather for a 3-hour Alchemy:Rewire “pre-party” at Northern Light Yoga before the concert. All the music played during the session is made by AWARÉ specifically for this breathing modality, and you will get a glimpse of their magic while tapping into your own! Alchemy:Rewire is a system that combines techniques from Yogic Pranayama and Freediving, utilizing CO2-elevating breathing techniques, breath holds and dynamic movement to reset the nervous system, unlock clarity and self-mastery, and facilitate brain-heart coherence. In this Masterclass we will dive into some of the science behind Alchemy, put the breathing and self-mastery techniques into practice, and feel the peace and clarity that follows for ourselves — all while surrendering to the musical mastery of AWARÉ. Venue: Northern Light Yoga, Rosenborggata 9, Oslo Time: 14:00-17:00 Price: 500,- No previous experience required, but the event is not suitable if you’ve had any recent abdominal surgery, brain anurisms, or if you are pregnant. Please refrain from eating for at least 2,5 hours before the event for a more easeful experience. For the sake of clarity: AWARÉ will not be playing live at the event, but you will hear unreleased recordings made specifically for Alchemy:Rewire. This event is not an official event connected to the concert, but rather an event made especially for those who want to gather and breathe together before the concert.
