Fascia Movement Training is a revolutionary and intelligent form of training that targets the body’s biggest sensory organ that works very closely with our muscles and our nervous system. In this class you will learn about the myofascial meridians, the fascial qualities and techniques that help us improve postural ease and gain freedom of movement while improving functional movement patterns, increasing deep core strength & releasing deep seated tension and patterns. We use myofascial release balls which are provided at the studio. This is definitely a feel-good class! I teach in English and Swedish.
