Breathwork Discovery Session

During this session I will share with you a powerful Breathwork pattern that will guide you to the depths of your intuition and body. This is a rhythmic breath pattern ( half inhale in the belly, followed by a half inhale in the upper lungs finishing in a relaxed exhale, all through the mouth) that will allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and expand your consciousness. We will have the time to have a little chat prior the breathing so that you can get the maximum out of this wonderful practice. We will end with a few minutes of grounding / relaxation. I will play music throughout the practice so you are welcome to grab a speaker or headphones. This breathwork practice is done lying down on your back (spine straight, no pillow under the head), so grab a yoga / fitness mat, a blanket and props so you can make yourself comfortable ( eye pillow, something for under your knees / legs if you wish, light a candle, tone down the lights etc.)
