I found yoga after a running injury, I figured I should probably start doing some stretching! And this lead me to my first yoga class. I went back each week and I found much more than looser muscles. I would leave my yoga classes feeling lighter not just in my body but in my mind. I was left with an inner calmness. This experience made me realise just how deeply yoga can support us - not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I felt inspired and I knew I had to share this with others so I become a teacher. Since 2017 and have worked with a diverse range of clients, tailoring yoga classes to their unique needs. Athletes improving mobility and preventing injuries, mothers building strength and reconnecting with their bodies, and older adults enhancing stability and flexibility. And now more than 10 years later yes I’ve had little niggles and knocks but I am injury free! Yoga is a lifelong journey, where every practice brings new insights. My asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation practice are my tools for renewal and growth, and I’m honoured to share these teachings with you.
